We have several software products which we believe offer some unique features. Click on the list at left for more information about each product. All products are shareware except Free Stuff, free to try 50 times or 30 days. An inexpensive (Only $4.95!) registration key is available should you wish to purchase. No re-installation is necessary, the key is emailed to you. The method of payment is Paypal.

CQmaille 2.0 CQmaille is an email client with a difference. It manages your mail on your ISP's server. It first downloads just the subject/from part of the email and you choose whether or not to download that mail to your computer or delete it on the server. No suspicious email need ever go into your computer. You also have a choice of storage methods - text, Access, or SQL databases.

TVPorts TVPorts is a program that manages output from video capture devices such as TV cards and web cameras. It has features that originally may not have been available with the device. TVPorts can record programs using a variety of output formats,take video snapshots,and use a web cam for motion detection. There are many extra features that we think you will appreciate.

CDPortes CDPortes is a media manager and player. It can manage and play audio CD, DVD, and MP3 files. For CDs, it can create a song title list with precise selection control. DVD's can be viewed with standard and advanced controls. MP3 files can be organized and edited. There are several player skins to choose from, all with a display counter and advanced positioning controls.

MVPort MVPort is a movie clip editor. It can play avi and other formats, extract frames and segments of different files, and merge and combine video and audio files. You can replace the audio from one avi file with audio from another. You can build an avi file from individual frames that are easily edited.

Splcom Splcom is a utility to split large files into a series of smaller files. This may be useful for emailing a file that is larger than allowed by your email server. Splcom can recombine the split files to recreate the original file. A separate freeware component to combine the files can be emailed with the split files to a recipient who does not have the Splcom program.

WndBat WndBat is a utility to run a group of programs with a single button click. Unlike command script files, it has a simple visual drag and drop method to put together and maintain a group of tasks. Different groups may be assembled, (eg for working with graphics, documents, etc), saved and recalled. Only $4.95!

XWDict XWDict is a program to assist in solving crossword puzzles. Typically while solving crosswords we arrive at words that may contain blanks - XWdict quickly lists legitimate english words that can be used to fill in the blanks. Choose amomg multiple dictionaries, list synonyms, check spelling, etc. Includes about 800,000 words plus a 24mb thesaurus.

SnapOcr SnapOcr can capture and scan an area on the PC screen. If the area contains images of text characters, Optical Character Recognition, 'OCR', can be applied to convert the characters to text for use by text editors or word processors.

Free Stuff Selection of free programs.

DvuURL DvuURL is an application that runs in the system tray and monitors sites visited by Internet Explorer®. You can easily add notes about a site - eg, a user name and password can become a site note. The next time you visit that site your notes pop up in a balloon tip on the system tray. You may also block the browser from opening specified sites.
